All the better to produce amazing pizza toppings to go with the incredible crust at this locally-founded East Downtown pizzeria. After fermenting for 12 hours the dough is tossed and then baked in an 800-degree oven. The result is a bubbly pie with crisp edges and a tasty center. Toss in a wide selection of Italian wines and decadent house-made desserts and you get the picture. (Their Northeast Heights location also draws raves and features a bustling bar with full liquor service.)
